Welcome! We are Josh and Jen Koch (pronounced coke). We are located in the beautiful White Mountains of Arizona in the small town of Pinetop. Our name comes from the amazing aspen trees that make our home town even more beautiful.

In 2007 we designed our first custom home on our small dining room table in our just as small apartment. As a young family we knew we couldn’t afford to buy a new home, so after a lot of research we realized we could build our home from the ground up as an owner/builder and save money. After a few hectic months of drawing plans, figuring out how the building process worked, and lining up sub contractors, we were off and running. It wasn’t long before we were moving into our new home to finish up all the details. While we may have been missing a few key things like decking, railings, and some siding, we knew we were hooked on building homes.

Fast forward a decade and a half and we have now built a number of personal residences as well as custom homes and spec homes for other owners. We love just about every aspect of building homes (Josh does not like hanging sheetrock) and especially enjoy guiding homeowners through the process from start to finish.
