Design.
Bring us floor plans, pictures, ideas, or thoughts in your head. From there, we will help you put it all together. Once hired, we can draw a full set of construction plans to be submitted for permits and provide a building budget. The homeowner should check with their HOA for architectural requirements.
Plan.
Once you have approved the design of your home and we have permits, we are ready to move forward with the building process. We will arrange subcontractors or complete the following services ourselves:
Grading and lot prep
Foundation and concrete
Framing
Roofing
Utilities
Heating and cooling
Plumbing
Electrical
Insulation
Interior and exterior paint
Drywall
Flooring
Tile work
Interior trim and finish
Cabinetry

Final Cleaning
Additionally, we will develop a construction schedule, arrange for trash removal and toilet services, schedule all inspections, and be available for delivery or pickup of materials.
Build.
Now we start digging in the dirt. There are a lot of details in the house building process and we are there every step of the way. We pride ourselves on making sure everything moves along as smoothly as possible and taking care of issues promptly. We have worked with our team of contractors on numerous projects so we know how they work and they know what to expect from us. Likewise, we include the homeowner in all decisions, big or small.
